1. The promotion is open from 14^th November, 2024, to 15^th December, 2024.
2. Recipes must use a minimum of two products from the Bakers Fresh Range. Packets of the two products from the Bakers Fresh range used with the receipt of purchase will be required at the judging as proof. The cake size needs to be a minimum of 10 inches in length or 10 inches in diameter if baking a circular cake.
3. The prizes include; 1^st Prize – $1,500.00, 2^nd Prize – $1,000.00 and 3^rd Prize – $500.00 and 20 Bakers Fresh Hampers.
4. Entries will only be accepted via the email on the email ID: promotions@bakers-fresh.com.
5. Entries must be submitted as an email with the recipe and contact details of the participant. Duplicate entries or entries not following the guidelines will be disqualified.
6. Entrants are only entitled to single rewards despite multiple entries.
7. Winners will be chosen based on a combination of uniqueness of recipe, creativity, presentation, and effective use of Bakers Fresh products.
8. The draw will be conducted fairly by a panel of three judges, and winners will be notified via direct message as well as announced on the Bakers Fresh Facebook page.
9. The promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform.
10. Winners may be requested to take part in the promotional activities and the promoter reserves the rights to use the names, images, addresses of the winners for any form of publicity – Print/Media or Social Media.
11. Claims for the prizes must be made within 15 working days of winning notice. Failure to claim the prize within this time may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
12. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact all the winners for 15 working days, however, if the winner fails to respond to our notifications or fails to meet any eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the rights to disqualify the entrant.
13. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternatives to the Bakers Fresh Hampers will be offered.
14. Any form of ill-treatment /abusive language will not be tolerated & the individual will automatically be disqualified from the promotion.
15. Any changes to the promotion will be notified via the Bakers Fresh Facebook page.
16. The promoter is Punja & Sons Pte Limited, located at 63 Vitogo Parade, Lautoka.
17. All prizes are to be collected from Punjas Offices based at;
    • Lautoka – Punjas Distribution Center, Navutu, Lautoka.
    • Suva – 15 Bulei Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Suva
    • Labasa – Vakamasuasua Sub Division, Labasa
18. The prizes are to be picked up between Mondays to Fridays between 8am to 5pm or on Saturdays between 8am to 1pm.

Engage & Win: The top twenty recipes, selected based on uniqueness, creativity and use of Bakers Fresh products, will be invited to prepare and bring their creation (cake) for judging at a specified location.

Announcement and Draw: The top twenty recipes will be announced on 16^th December, 2024 and judging will be on 19^th December, 2024 for Central Division, 20^th December, 2024 for the Northern Division and 21^st December, 2024 for the Western Division.
